Refund policy
At Apex Goods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personal care and beauty products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
